Cisco PIX 515e 422 error

Hi
When I connect to my office lan over Cisco VPN 4.03 (c) software, I receive an error code of "422 terminated locally by the client"

I can connect to ISP fine, and tunnel onto the vpn after successfully logging into the pix and the radius server, but then I cannot ping anything and receive this error, I cannot connect to any resources either on the LAN.

I have checked the vpn logs and all is ok.

I am connecting over dialup 56k, then onto a 128k leased line.
From other machines it is slow but the connection works.

Please advise what the 422 error could be
