Cisco Phone...Speech to Text?

Does Cisco have a phone that converts Speech to text for a worker with hearing problems? And then maybe vice versa...a speech to text interface?

Not an IP Phone. You need a regular analog TTY phone that will connect to an FXS port on the CISCO system.
This is standard with any phone system out there.
