Hi ...

Regarding the Avaya IP Office system, I have a Client who will provide 2no. Cisco model 6825 wireless IP phones, and they requested to confirm the compatibility with Avaya supplier. is this will work with 3rd party IP License?

Regards

It should work with the 3rd party IP endpoint license if it does a SIP connection but it will behave like an analog set so no button programming except if you can log into the phones directly to program the buttons.

I would ask them if they really need those or maybe can switch to a different phone something like a WiFi phone that you can easier support. It will always be a hassle to troubleshoot if you are not familiar with Cisco and should you install them on the IPO then you also should set the customers expectations that troubleshooting on these phones might take a lot of time and is not guaranteed to ever work 100%

If you give more information you will get better answers. If you only give bits and pieces then you will get the same back and maybe not fitting your problem.
