Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this, so apologies if I have got this wrong.
I need to install the Outlook TAPI client throughout my office, which enables people to right click a contact in outlook, select 'Call Contact' and the phone dials the number for them.
And it looks like I need to give the entire office admin privs on their machines to both install and configure it.
I dont really like the idea of giving admin privs to clients so I was wondering if anyone out there has faced and overcome the same problem.
Its a typical 2003 server network with XP pro clients running Outlook 2003 SP3.
Thanks for any help given,
Regards,
D.
I plug you in, dim the lights,
