cisco or avaya call center

I would like to install cisco IPCC express premium for 15 agents in combination with CCM 4.0. I will use separate servers for both applications.
There were some doubts about vendor - cisco or avaya, but according to my experience with cisco devices I was decide to implement cisco call center.
Can somebody give me some pro/cons about this issue or some experience with both call centers?
 
Well, I have experience with both systems, except IPCC.

IPCC came from a company called geotel if i remember correctly. Its product status is that its supposed to be pretty damned good. There are tons of implementations of customers using IPCC with AVAYA definity PBX's. Callmanager 4.0 is a major stepping stone for cisco.

For the AVAYA call center side that is built into definity software, its tried and true and is known to work. AVAYA is #1 in call centers, its features and capabilities is hard to beat.


I wouldn't really be hesitant of implementing the cisco IPCC solution, i'm sure it works great. It might come down to price for you.. AVAYA call center, and the CMS devices for reporting, etc.. are not cheap.
