I would like to install cisco IPCC express premium for 15 agents in combination with CCM 4.0. I will use separate servers for both applications.
There were some doubts about vendor - cisco or avaya, but according to my experience with cisco devices I was decide to implement cisco call center.
Can somebody give me some pro/cons about this issue or some experience with both call centers?
