Hi,

I have a number of Cisco 2950 and 3560 switches, and I'm trying to use the Configuration Archive tool within the Network Assistant v 5.2, but the backups keep failing.

When I look in the logs I get the following error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Documents and Settings\admin.LCD1\.networkassistant\Cl3560\5DP\1-config-archive-1187091789582\Cl3560\5DP\1-startup-config1187091789582 (The system cannot find the path specified)

at com.cisco.cpnm.frmwrk.net.tftp.TftpWriteRequestHandler.run(TftpWriteRequestHandler.java:30)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

I have tried changing the backup location, but the error still appears in the default location.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or how I can manually backup the configurations.

Thanks
