I have a l2l tunnel that terminates on a Cisco 3030.
Periodically the session drops and far side initiates a second session. This works fine. But, when the second session drops and the far side tries to initiate a third session. The session is denied and I see "max session" log entries on my side. Is there a method for the VPN concentrator to purge the stale sessions so the VPN tunnel can be re-established without intervention? As things stand now, an administrator has to log into the concentrator and delete the "stale" sessions in order for a new session to be established.
