Hello guys,
a few days ago we had an incident in our server room where the power was cut and the UPS was not functional, after reinitislizing things, we noticed we had lost access to our network proxy which is a Cisco Ironport S150 Web Security Appliance...
I tried connecting my null modem cable to it and using puTTy to access it as usual via serial, but it didnt respond, power light on front is green slolid and HDD lights are blue, as usual...
anyone have any hints on further diagnostics?
