Could someone give me some pointers as to why when more than one person is using CIPC on the LAN, the other person gets booted off and then is logged into extension mobility with the number of the person who just got booted off?
You are probably using the VPN concentrator MAC address as the MAC address of the phone. In the network settings of the CIPC, set the phone to always register with the MAC address of your PC.
Thanks for the replies. I have changed it to use the MAC of my PC, now it wont connect at all. Someone has mentioned that we need licenses for the CIPC and use CTI ports?
