Cisco IP phone 7945G

Hello, I'm an Engineer Computer System and I'm trying to hard reset a Cisco IP Phone 7945G to load de firmware. Does any one kwow exactly how is the sequence to hard reset this model phone specifically or has any experience with this type of model? When I do it with other models, it works, but with the Cisco IP phone 7945G does not work. If any one know this, thank you very much an have a nice day.
 
First, wrong section to ask your question about a Cisco phone (should try the Cisco: Call Manager). But to answer your question...

Try this;

1) unplug phone

2) hold down the HOLD button and plug back in

3) hold the hold button down until the 2 side buttons start flashing 1 after another

4) let go of the hold button and press the following sequence

5) 123456789*0#
