Cisco IP Communicator- Can't change time.

I installed the Ip communicator and it is successfully working on everyones PC, but my issue is the time in the display is 4 hours ahead. I have verified the time on the CCM pub and sub and can't figure out where it is getting its time from.
I have check everyones PC time also.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

While the time is based on the CCM the IP Communicator is registered to, the Date/Time group defines the timezone. Check which Date/Time Group is selected under the Device Pool. Before changing it, make sure the device pool isn't used for other phones. Otherwise when changing it or the Date/Time Group itself, you could effect other phones!
