With a 3725 and many 827 routers connected via VPN tunnel, I'm having a routing problem. Only 50% of packets make it because the other 50% use a different route. I only have one static route setup, I can't figure out why the router insist in using 2 routes, like if QoS or load sharing is enable when it's not.

anyone ever seen something like that?

thanks

Well, are you not using a dynamic routing protocol ? If not then check the "show ip route" output, does it show 2 routes for each tunnel ? If not, it is not routing related.
If the router somehow has 2 routes for a destination it will by default load-share on those links.

Btw, why do you have a static route if you are using VPN ?
I a VPN config the routing is decided by the acl that you put on your crypto map entries.
That is not needed and shouldn't be in there.
