Cisco IOS version and multicasting

Hello,

Further to my earlier post, I have one more question on enabling multicasting.

I have a Cisco 1605 router running IOS version 12.0(3)T. I would like to enable multicasting in this router. I.e. I want this router to allow multicast packets between two test LANs.

But there is no 'multicast-routing' option available. I checked from the global config mode by typing 'ip ?'. So is it that multicasting is not supported on this router? Will it help if I upgrade my IOS version?.
