We are running Cisco Call managers with ICM for the ACD. The ICM reporting is almost impossible to find what you need to find (cant even run a simple RONA report)
Does anyone know of a GUI interface reporting tool, that is user friendly (to call center managers) that would enable us to run simple, basic reports without having to search entire SQL databases – any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
