Cisco/ICM Call Center Reporting

We are running Cisco Call managers with ICM for the ACD. The ICM reporting is almost impossible to find what you need to find (cant even run a simple RONA report)

Does anyone know of a GUI interface reporting tool, that is user friendly (to call center managers) that would enable us to run simple, basic reports without having to search entire SQL databases – any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
 
I'm not sure but a lot of people use Crystal Reports to set up custom reports.
