I have some remote users that use our voice services. To keep it simple, they are in Dallas and our Cisco equipment is in Denver. When they place a local call, in one of three local area codes, (972 or 214 or 469)they are needing to dial a '1' first since the calls are actually routed to us in Denver and then we send them back out, thus it is a long distance call. I need to create a 'translation rule' to take in the 10 digit number that they dialed and if it is one of their local area codes, append a '1' to that number and send it out. Any suggestions? Thx
