Is anyone familiar with setting up the FXS ports on this thing? I have one from a telco provider and intermittently there is like a white noise in the background when you make outbound calls. The users are complaining constantly and the telco provider insists that the issue is with phone that are connected to these ports. It doesn't matter what phone I use, but I still hear the noise.
I've got a copy of how the ports are configured, but I have no idea what half of this stuff means and I can't find the documentation on the Cisco website.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
