I decided to exhange my STP/RSTP configuration on the Cisco FlexLinks for all dual cabled switches behind my C6513.
I'm running an IOS 122-18.SXF15a and can't find anything related to this issue online.

I get an error when trying to go over 16 Flexlinks configuration:

%ERROR: Failed to configure backup pair: max limit reached

Any body has any idea why Cisco is not mentioning anything about it on their website?
