Cisco Express - Error on page when trying to access phones

When using one of our Express systems, trying to make a change on a phone, I click Configure/Phones then click on the MAC to open a phone to make changes. However I get a small pop up window saying "Loading information - please wait" - which I assume is normal, but it never goes anywhere. At the bottom of the page I see "Error on page", when I double click it to see the error, I get the following details:

We run a split shop, Network group does the Routers and Telecom does the phone work, so we have no access to the router. Network group are scratching their heads on this one, has anyone ever seen this before and can give me a fix to pass to the Network Techs?
