How would I automatically set up an incoming fax call to redirect to another fax if the first is busy. I am using CM 6 and the faxes are connected to ATA's

Any help would be great

Hi,

could you not just setup the main number as a pilot number and then put 2 new number on the faxes and put them in to a hunt group.

Why not use the Call Forward Busy setting on the first Fax number to redirect the call to the second Fax number? Set the first number's maximim calls to 1.

Easy just go to the line setting and set your Forward Busy setting to the number you want it to be redirected to, when busy.
