I tried finding a commandline config guide for that device but couldn't - what doco came with it? Have a look for a config guide on the CD.
A few random thoughts - you can change the *management* VLAN.
Why would you *want* to actually use VLAN1?
Surely you can use any VLAN you want for voice - it depends entirely on how the interface is configured that the voice comes in on and how that traffic is 802.1q tagged.
