Cisco EasyVPN Server speed

hi all..

i have just setup my Cisco EasyVPN Server on 3640 router.. and it works ok.. i log in and can authenticate, and can access the secured network..

problem is, the speed is so slow.. anything i can do to tune it up..?..

all help appreciated..
