Cisco EasyACS and Network Access Restrictions

Hi,

I'm using Cisco EasyACS 2.4 for authentication with a cisco router 3640 and 3660.
I want to use Network Access Restrictions for Dial-up PPP sessions.
I must specify the NAS and the port, but the syntaxe is not clear and no example is given on the online documentation.
So, anyone can give me the syntaxe or an example !
