I'm testing out a third party VOIP system on a Cisco 7940G. I'm trying to configure the Corporate Directory listing using an XML file I'm hosting on a TFTP server. I'm using the built-in TFTP server on my Mac to test the setup. I've pointed the TFTP server IP on the 7940G to my mac's IP. I've confirmed the configuration fo the file looks good, but it doesn't seem to be loading on the phone. Any suggestions? Any more information I can provide to help?

There's going to be a log for that tftp server that should tell you if the phone is accessing the file. You should start there.

I was able to get it to work. I had to change the permissions on the directory to 777.
