IS this a service I can restart anytime, or should I wait until after hours?



2nd part

We have a helpdesk that takes calls from Cisco Agent Desk, while some of our 2nd level Techs log on useing Cisco IP Phone Agent, a few weeks ago they no longer could log in getting the following error.

Invalid Entry(s) Re-enter

After I googled this I came up with


Says that it’s a License issue however we have not added or changed anything with Licenses. Any ideas?

not sure if this is what you want or not
 
You might have already figured this out, but you should restart the TAI service after hours since it will log out all agents when reset. I have seen this issue twice and both times it was when I added an additional license file and it only affected phone agents not CAD users. So a workaround is to have them use CAD until you reset the service.
