Hi

I've got a number of CDA users who can sucessfully log into CDA but when they try to go ready they get an error message saying that they cant as their phone is out of service?? Any idea??
 
cti has no control of these phones. make sure they are added to the jtapi user and their agent line is checked as an ccx extension under their user id.
