My organization is in the process of migrating to Cisco CUCM from a Nortel/Avaya platform. Management made purchasing decisions for our provisioning and order management solution without requesting input from those of us who would be using the solutions. Bottom line - the solutions don't fulfill all of our requirements.
Is anyone using a system or combination of systems that provision devices and tracks order information, such as the name of the requestor, due date, order number? We use Pinnacle in our Nortel/Avaya world and it has so many tracking mechanisms and now we are lost.
