Cisco CRA Historical reports

For some reason now when i try to log into CRA i get the following error

"An Error occurred while attempting to communicate with the web server. Check your user ID and Password and try again"

I have reset my password/ and did this

Any ideas?

FYI: the problem was I had to upgrade CRA to 3.5(4) and forgot to update the client.
