Cisco CP7925G with AP321 losses ping

I have a UC 540 and access point AP321 for wireless infrastructure. When IP Phone 7925G connect with UC540 through AP321 on open authentication it comes on the network and stays for 15mins and then goes in discover mode. However, when connected to UC540 wireless, it stays connected. how do we fix the connection between AP and CP7925G; need help.
