I know this has been touched upon in older threads but I am looking for the latest opinions of Cisco Conference Connection.
As a company we heavily use audio conferencing for which we currently use a 3rd party vendor. I am very happy with the 3rd party provider - it all works - minimum administration - minuimum headache.

However, from a cost point of view I can see tremendous savings by bringing the conferencing in-house.
My concern is that the CCC might not be up to the job.

I am looking for general opinions of the product.
-Is it stable/reliable?
-Any wantings as far as features are concerned that people have noticed?
-What about administration? Much overhead once set up?

Cheers All

Check out Spectel, they are the ones the provide the carriers with their conferencing
Depending on your conferencing costs it could save you some money.

They can provide reservation-less, tie in Outlook and People soft so it can be updated as employees leave so they do not have access to the system
Spectel is not cheap but it runs the last thing you need is your conferencing system to be down or be an administrative hassle
