Hi Everyone,

Please could you help. I have just installed a VPN between our two office branches. All is working well with the LAN to LAN based VPN.

However, if I dialup to the one VPN and try and connect across the LAN to LAN vpn I cannot get any connectivity? Am I doing something wrong, can someone advise on where I should look to fix this ?

Thanks in advance.
Bruce.

By "dialup" can I assume you mean using the Cisco Client? If so, the client is going to obtain some IP address. Make sure that this range of addresses is in the network list that you used for the LAN-to-LAN. For example, I have a L2L between two sites. However, when a cisco client attaches from the outside, they cannot access resources in the L2L. This is by design because the cisco client users do not need to access resources on the other side of the L2L.

Hi
Sorry, by dialup I do mean using the Cisco client. Is this by design that you cannot access the L2L with the cisco vpn client connection ? ie. I will never get it to work ?

Thanks
bruce.
PS - am checking my lists ! Thanks.
