I am trying to help a friend out with a Cisco CME problem.
I do not have the configs to post at this moment, but the situation/problem is:
1: VOIP users can call out, but incoming Calls in the queue can not be answered.
2: Disconnect happens at a 4 minute interval when on hold.
Any insight would be appreciated.
