Cisco CDR Reports

How would I run a CDR report for one or multiple extension.We have CUCM 8.X
 
The easiest answer is to tell you to get software that will take the collected CDR and manipulate it in to a readable format, or you could send it to a company that will do that for you, then allow you access to a web based reporting system for example. There is some reporting functionality within the system, but I have never found it to be nearly as good or easy to use as an external system, that's just my 2 cents worth of course!
 
CDR REPORT ON AN EXTENSION - Cisco 8.0
CUCM login
Navigation dropdown (top right) select Cisco Serviceablity,go
Log in again
Select Tools
Select CDR Analysis and Reporting
Select CDR and select Search By User/Extension
In field enter extension
c/o Add Extension (Extension moves to selected extension(s)field)
Define the date and time parameters
OK to run the report
Date/time column reports in UNIX
