hello

could some one please help me out.


i have just passed my CCNA and i am now looking at starting my CCVP what exam should i look at doing first.

i am a VOIP engineer on the Mitel 3300 systems so i know VOIP very well its just things like qos and routing that i need to work on.


any ideas

I am working on this issue also, but i am taking the CCNP tour first.
If you want to do CCVP , i am sujest to you to start from Cvoice.

I tend to think that it might be a better move to go ahead and look at your CCNP first as well. Its not a requirement but I think you'll tend to have a much easier time getting routers/switches configured to work properly with things like QOS. QOS configuration is a fairly advanced topic and it might behoove you to have that background.
