I copied a wrong IOSfile into flash and then I reloaded the switch. Now the switch will not boot anymore it only displays following message: "The system is unable to boot automatically because there are no bootable files to boot!"
and the command prompt "switch:" is shown!
how can I delete the wrong flash file??

Can somebody help me out of this mess?
Pleeeeaaasssseeee?

Connect to the console port of the switch with a PC that has software that can support XMODEM. Default baud I think is 9600.
At the switch: prompt type
copy xmodem: flash:<image_filename.bin>
A XMODEM request box pops up in the terminal emulation program. At that point select the file to send to the switch.

This will take a long time because of the slow rate. But it does work. Saved me once.
