Cisco Catalyst 1900 Browser based Switch Manager

Major Problem: Urgent Help appreciated.

Cisco Catalyst 1900 series switch.
Enhanced Software.

Current state: Configured & fully functional.

Problem: I can monitor the switch through the management console through an RJ45-DB9 cable. But when I dedicate a Network Port 18 through the Mgmt console and follow the manual to setup the browser. It fails to show the Switch Manager window. I get the following errors:

1. Site not responding (Netscape 4.7)
2. Site not found
3. Unable to open search page (IE 5x)

The PC through which i am trying is connected to port #18, which has been configured as the Network Port. I have tried NT, 2000 & win9x.

Please help.

Had similar problem what you need is the java runtime plugin. I think you could download it from sun website or do a search.
