Cisco Cat 4000 Cables for POE

I have a 4006 switch with the PEM 4095 and the external P4603 power chassis. I need 2 CAB-P4603 cables for my home lab, but don't want to pay $100 bucks a piece for a power cable. Does anybody have a good source for cheap cables, or the pinouts, so I can make my own cables?
