Cisco CallManager Serviceability - Install Plug-In 1

Trying to install "CDR Analysis and Reporting" and states "Could not connect to CCM database...

I'm in the US trying to install this off CCM overseas.

Any ideas?

I see one problem it wasn't enabled by the vendor. Does anyone have instructions on how to setup CDR from scratch on 4.1(3)

CAR should only be installed on the publisher database server. Are you trying to install this on a subscriber CCM?

That was the problem. I was trying to install it on a client PC, not the pub.
