Cisco CallManager Directory install failed

Please help,

I'm trying to install Cisco CallManager 3.3(2) on a generic PC. Everything goes well but I get the following error message:
"Cisco Directory install failed. Failed to open the registry key. The system cannot find the file specified"

Which file is it looking for?

Any advice.

you need to install the microsof msjavx86 file, you can find it using the google
