I am wondering if this would work.
Today we have our Cisco IP Phones registered with Cisco CallManager 5. Our voice gateway router is a Cisco 2811 series.
I know that CallManager Express (CME) has Basic Call Center support (B-ACD). Referenced below:
Could I use CME/B-ACD for our Call-Center with IP Phones registered to our CallManager 5 server. I would build a SIP trunk between CME and CallManager for call routing. I understand it's probably not the best, but would this solution work?
