cisco callmanager 4.2

hi guys

our sub failed with a blue screen so we rebuilt the OS. the media i have is 4.1 but the call manager we are running is 4.2. running 4.2 after previous support company done upgrade hence no media.

is there anyone that can point me to the right direction? or even a favour to copy someones media? i have tried everywhere

The upgrade file should be available on CCO. Just go there and download it.

Install 4.1 and then upgrade to 4.2 once you download it from cco as pndscm suggested.

doesn't allow me to install 4.1 on the SUB when the publisher is 4.2
