I am not experienced with CUCME. I inherited a CUCME where some of the phone are not registering and others will not come up. Is there a guide that I can use to troubleshoot this problem?

With the phone plugged in, you will have to go to the phone section and add the phone (you will see the MAC listed) Can you see it in the list?

I can't access it through IE, it state "remote device refuses connection" I can get to it through putty but not familiar with the CLI. I also downloaded Configuration professional. How would I configure the GUI on the Express?
