cisco call manager will not recognize DN

When I dial one paticular DN from our cisco phones. my nortel pbx will not recognize number.Gives a fast busy every time.Have tried several task. have completely removed Dn from phones and associated Tn and rebuilt phones with no success.please any suggestions.

How is your Call MAnager connected to the Meridian? I have a connection via ISDN BAsic Rate TIE Line to my Meridian and it works fine. If you can tell me how the both are connected I will try to help you.

I would set up messaging first on the Meridian to confirm it is seeing the call first and heck the reject messagefrom the Meridian

Do you use LOC,HLOC etc on the Meridian, if so are you sending it from the Cisco?

we are connected through pri card.our call manager is set up to recoginize all dn in my 1xxx grp. one paticular dn it will not see. the dn is 1145, I can reach 1144 and 1146.but can not call 1145. have nulled number off of phones back to ludn list and reprogrammed to diffrent tn . still no luck. I can call ext.1145 meridian phone to meridian phone.Has me stumped. please help.

Have you set up the DCH messages at least this will give you a clue on whether the Cisco is rejecting the call,the Meridian is outputting the call etc
