I have Cisco CM 8.5 and am trying to find where to configure the transfer callback timer for extensions. To be clear, if I transfer a call to an extension, currently the extension will ring until the caller hangs up (on exts. without VM). I'd like this instead to ring for 5 rings, and if not answered, have the call revert back to the person who transferred it. How do I program this? Thanks in advance.
