Cisco Call Manager - Screen Pops?

I have Cisco Call Manager ver 6.0.1.2000-3
We want to have Screen Pops with Caller ID information look ups to a database as calls come in.

I spoke to my local Cisco Rep and they keep pushing UCCX. I do not need UCCX as we have a small
Call Center with no queues. We have a 15 person Hunt group and calls get handed to them from the Auto Attendant.
We just need a Simple CTI/JTAPI (Or whatever the corrct acronym is)

The database is simple I would extract the telephone numbers from my CRM.
It would be a simple table with telephone number. Contact Name, Company and the Company ID.
A Second table from my ERP system which would have the Company ID (To match the first table) with Sales info (Current Year Sales) Last 5 Products Purchased.
I assume it would be access/sql. Does not matter. I just want something that would pop the caller ID on the person's Computer as a call comes in and pop the simple info on the persons screen.

It sounds simple enough but I can not find anyone who can do it.

Does anyone have experience with this. Is it as simple as a JTAPI application to do the query and pull the info from an access/sql database.
I am not a programmer so I could not do it, but if there is some guide out there that would be great.

Is there any third party apps that does this?

Does not seem like a hard thing to do.. But I am not finding anything on it.

Sounds like you want UCCX. I would be surprised about a 3rd party app considering you can do all of that in UCCX.

I don't know if you can do this yourself, but our E911 system queries the RisPort (Realtime Information Services Port) (port 8443) on the call manager for this information. It requires a user name and password with elevated privleges (as defined by you in the User Application Profile screen) Seems like we turned on most privleges for this account. That's all I can tell you.
