Cisco Call Manager MOH Volume Adjustment

Is there a way to turn the MOH volume down on Cisco Call Manager 8.6?

Go to the Service Parameters under the System menu. Pick the Publisher and then select the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App. Click the Advanced button to bring up more options. You'll then find an option called Default MOH Volume Level. Lower the level and click Save.

The only drawback to this is you'll then need to import a new MOH file as this doesn't effect existing MOH files.
