I have a Migration this week from Cisco Call Manager 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 on new servers. Here is the detailed information. We have 2 Cisco MCS 7835 with 2 Harddrives. Both of the MCS 7835 are running Cisco Call Manager 4.1.2. One MCS 7835 box is Publisher with BAR version 4.0.4, BAT, CDR Analysis and Reporting. There are 2 Partition i think on each server. C and D. C Drive has a label of MCS 7835 which contains Cisco Call Manager and Operating system and etc. D Drive has a label STI_DATA. Another MCS 7835 is Subscriber.
We also have a One Cisco Unity (Voicemail Only) version 4.0.4 Box which I think is also MCS 7835 with 2 Xeon Processors running windows 2000, There are 2 Hard Drive Partition C and D on Cisco Unity box and both partitions are NTFS.These are the main application installed on our Cisco Unity Box:

I think our Microsoft Exchange is on a Different Box which is running Windows 2000 with Microsoft Exchange 5.5.
We have a major Migration and Upgrading underway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have bought 2 New MCS 7845 Servers and one will be for our Publisher and One for Subscriber. We want to migrate our Publisher and Subscriber from MCS 7835 TO MCS 7845 and also we want to upgrade our Cisco Call Manager from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3.
Please provide a Step by Step Instruction.

One will be for our Cisco Unity(Voicemail Only)4.0.4 and Second 7845 will be for Cisco Unity 4.0.4 Failover. I think Exchange Server will be on both of these boxes. We will be Upgrading our Exchange Server from 5.5 to Exchange 2003.
Please provide a Step by Step Instruction. Please feel free to ask questions.
