Cisco Call Manager Logo's

I'm trying to get a Army signal Flag logo posted on a CCM server to have the image displayed on our cisco 7940 series phones for my 05 in Command. I have the URL directed right and I believe I have the file loaded in the proper directory. My question is does anyone have a valid logo example so that I can view the xml coding to ensure my logo editing is done correct.

The version of CCM were using is 4.2(3). Sorry for not getting back sooner. Our civilian internet access is limited but I appreciate it Jeter.

I will check in on this ASAP. We have 4.2(3) in our lab once I get a spare moment I will look into this further.

From what I have found it appears that the 7940 and 7960 ip phone will not work. However these phones will work 7941, 7961, 7970 etc etc.

I have not been able to lab this out yet. I hope to have time 20090430 and I will advise further.
