An newly acquired office had purchased only a Cisco Call Manager 7816 unit. Could someone explain to me what this unit is capable of. I am trying to determine if we should just sell the device and move in another direction, or purchase other Cisco components to make the system live.
Ultimately, we need this office to have voice mail, IVR and ACD capabilities. Can someone advise me on what we are looking at.
