I just updated the router and the CME today to the latest versions.
The upgrades were 100% without error and I was able to restore voicemail's and configurations from backup.
When I access the CME via http I can see everything perfectly, with the exception of a particular phone.
In other words...if I click on the mac address of a configured phone I get a IE window that says, Loading - Please Wait...this stays for ever and I cannot get into the phone. I know the phone is registering, using the show ephone command. I can go to the phone via http by entering its ip address.

Anyone have any ideas?
This is urgent as I dont want the office down without phones.

When we first installed Call Manager Express on 2821, we had lots of problems with several phone registration. And then we figured out that the bootloader of the phones which does not register were old and it could not upgrade it self from the CCME. We solved that issue upgrading the phones on Call Manager 4.1. I guess you have an upgrade problem so does the phones do not register. But i really do not know another solution :(

Figured it out.
The GUI files for Call Manager Express were not updated along with everything else. Those GUI files made everything act funky.

Thanks.
