Here is a probably a simple question but I am newbe here and have been thrown into a conversion of an existing PRI T1 on a 11c from the MCI network to CISCO call manager. They tell me the CISCO guys will know what to do and the circuit should come right up. Any tips on any changes / stats I need to make? If the Call manager config right to duplicate the MCI PRI settings i.e DCH, should the PRI come right up? Unfortunaltly I have never seen the switch and being sent for this off hours cut "just in case".

I might be getting in over my head as I know the station side but have little experience on the network side.

Why would anyone want to go to the CISCO call manager from NORTEL???
